Default Re: Tank transportation

If you do decide to go with a tank and can't find someone to give you a lift or help you, I suggest a wagon. I have this old heavy plastic wagon from when I was a kid and we have used it to lug around heavy furniture and even a 29 gallon tank over the years. Most wagons will probably work, tho I don't know how a canvas wagon would deal with the weight. You'll need an old blanket to wrap around the tank to protect it from getting scratched and then bungee cords or rope to secure the tank to the wagon. And then take it slow, don't go too fast, keep an eye on it just in case it starts to tip or fall, and be very careful going over any kind of height difference in the road/sidewalk as those can cause the tank to shift and shifting could cause a fall.
