A reminder:

Private message conversations must also be conducted according to the standards set out in the forum rules, namely respectfully and with care to internet safety. Please be aware of not sharing personal details. Also be aware that the moderation team expects private message conversations to be polite and helpful.

Rude, offensive or bullying messages are NOT acceptable.

If you receive unacceptable private messages, you must report them to the moderation team as shown above so that they can be reviewed and action taken. Every unacceptable PM needs to be reported; we do not have access to the full PM conversation relating to a reported PM otherwise and so cannot act on any unreported PMs. This is different to forum posts where we are able to see the full thread if a single post is reported.
