If she's doing all night then it's not really attention seeking, it probably started out that way but it sounds as though it's fast becoming a habit that you need to break if you can.
You could try putting wooden pegs around the door after you put her back or maybe hanging a treat stick in front of the door, if she's only been in the cage for a week she may still be adjusting & settling in, if she keeps it up though maybe have a think about any changes you could make to the cage to give her more to do.
