How long have you had her & what taming steps have you taken so far?
Running on the wheel like that is often a sign that they are still nervous, you might do better to take her out & try interacting with her in a safe place outside the cage, either the bath (towel in the bottom & plug in!) or a playpen, give her toys to explore & a little time to settle down before introducing your hand for brief periods, lie your hand down flat with treats on your palm or try gently stroking her back.
