As Cypher says, we need more info. A picture would be helpful, as would her current weight and age. A healthy weight for a hamster can vary significantly between individuals, but if she is particularly light for her age, that might indicate a problem. It's also a good idea to weigh them once a week, just to check that they are not losing weight, or, when they are under six months old, to check that they are still gaining weight.

Knowing what and how much you feed her would be helpful too.
