There's a full list of ingredients (might be in German, depending on your web browser) and the nutritional information in the description includes the Thrive Chicken. I'm very happy with this new mix as it offers a lot of Jasper's favourite things, while having some balance. I know the fat is a bit high, but it means I can use meal worms and sunflower seeds.
