Sounds ideal! Or - why can't they make it with 7mm bar spacing, the option of a 9" or 12" silent runner, a house and shelves like in the Alexander, and a rat sputnik
They would probably charge a heck of a price if all that was included, but better shelves and a house would be good.
I think they assume most people would just take out whatever it came with and do their own thing. Not the case - many people just use the Alexander as it is, and just need a wheel.
I think it's just the German cages that have wood accessories. Savic use their own plastic platforms etc.
