I think individuals would have to actually test themselves with different parrot species and see which do or don't trigger allergic reactions.Everyone reacts differently when it comes to allergies,especially with dermatitis/eczema related reactions,and this is impossible to predict(even testing is not too reliable,so again trial and error is what must be done).

Of course,keeping in mind what does and does not cause an allergic reaction helps.Animal fur/hair doesn't trigger a reaction,while the saliva that gets on the fur or hair does,and the same would most likely apply to parrots.Again,it would be impossible to know if an individual is actually allergic though without thorough testing with various species and not that done through blood tests and such as these aren't too reliable.
