It's the feather dust that varies (this causes allergies in some people) between parrots. I haven't heard of non allergic parrots, but if you search the internet there is bound to be info out there on which species are less dusty.

I had to hand feed one of the chicks (before they learnt to look after them properly). Three had hatched and two had died. The youngest was 5 days old. I fed it every two hours day and night. It died after 14 days unfortunately.

I have another person ask if they could have a young (about 12 weeks old) baby parrot if they breed again.
