Did you clean the pee corner he originally used. Sometimes my previous Syrian would change corner if I cleaned the chosen corner too much.

She would also change if I left it dirty to long. I learns how long I needed to leave between cleaning so she didn't change it.

Maybe having a toy or something near the corners and leaving one corner more empty to encourage that are to be the pee corner. With or without a potty.
