Hamsterita, definitely no worries. I certainly wouldn't want to have my face seen by people that I don't know either. I consider those in HC to be friends, but his forum is open for anyone to view so it could possibly be concerning and worrisome if you don't know who is looking at you. So sorry for the mix-up about who is who in the earlier pics. I must have been quite exhausted when I wrote my earlier post.
I love this thread and look forward to reading more about all of the yummies, traveling suggesting, culture, etc.
Serendipity, I also agree that it would be lovely to have us post recipes of authentic cuisine (or even just our own personal favorite recipes - authentic or not), too. It could be like "HC's Recipes from Around the World Cookbook". That would be so wonderful for those of us who aren't able to travel to many places currently but totally LOVE trying new things. I think I could just about start drooling at the thought of a collaboration of delicious goodies! Wouldn't that be fun to create something like that for all of us to share and appreciate. It would be like we were truly experiencing fine dining entrees and such, delicious dessert treats, etc. together. I most certainly would love it!!!!
