Applaws is the one I usually try to go for with my hamsters and I'll usually freeze what we won't use in ice cube trays and then just take one out as I need it. One ice cube will normally be enough to give a portion size to two of them.
There's a couple of other brands of cat food that seem to go down well with hamsters but the names escape me at the moment.
