I went to Spain once when I was very young. I have to admit that I probably didn't eat many of your cultural dishes. As far as I remember, I spent the entire holiday eating sardine, which I loved! There were these really cool lolly pops that doubled up as a whistle which I loved too, though I doubt those are exclusive to Spain (never saw them in England though).
