I use a commercial food as a base for my mix, and add extras on top. My main hamster mix has been similar for over 5 years so it's seen a lot of hammies born, have pups and live out their lives. I wouldn't want to make any guarantees for other people about it so just use it for my own hammies (it's not 'scientific' or calculated with lots of %s). I use this for my Syrians, Chinese, Winter Whites and used to use it for robos when I had them.
I have a different mix for the duprasi (a mix of 2 commercial gerbil foods) and for the Campbells (there again a commercial base with extras, but a different recipe which isn't mine to share
