I have been reading up on impacted cheek pouches and it seems like you would only notice if there was a visible lump in the pouch. The amounts of porridge Mushu has managed to pouch have been so tiny that you can’t tell they are in his pouches, particularly due to all his fluff. How can I find out if they are stuck in there?
