I would say not. Maybe for out of cage time (the basket) where you can keep an eye on her if she tries to chew it but not the pompon ball things. Although again, if it's to play in out of cage, it might be ok if you supervise, but she probably will try to chew them and then you'd have to remove her. Cardboard is always a good option for play time and toys and safely chewed
