Those cages are both great sizes but I'd be worried about the wood. Left untreated urine and cleaners would rot it and make it smell so it wouldn't be a long term cage.
You could paint it with plastikote but that would be very expensive.
If you can I'd say try and find a plastic cage or glass tank. It'll last longer and probably end up a lot cheaper when you take into account the cost of painting the wooden ones.
Zooplus have great cages.
