Cages like the Alaska and Barney are highly praised cages for Syrians. I've never used either of them, but there are many members on here who have and loved them!

A silent runner is definitely the quietest wheel I've ever heard! (Or technically not heard!) so if that's what you're looking for, it's the perfect wheel for you.

At the moment I'm leaning towards the Alaska.. not only is it cheaper but I think it would fit better in the area I had in mind! What cage do you use?
Yes I checked the website out, I definitely think I'll be ordering some Fitch! As well as the silent runner too.
