OMG! Rads & chesca_27, your hamsters are just like mine. Wasabi loves attention, being stroked, being groomed, and always climbs all over me and seems to love to jump from my hand to my lap even though my hand is only like 1 inch away from my lap.
When it's winter or the beginning of spring it's a whole other story. I would go to give her some food and she'd crawl up my arm and try to hop on my bed. Then she acts like she's not going to survive without me cuddling with her for 5 minutes.
