Lipsy, if the temperature in the room is approximately the same and you have never noticed this before, I would definitely suggest going to a vet to have him checked. You want to make sure that there is no underlying reason for this that can be simply cured by a vet visit. I will be wishing you both the very best, and I hope all goes well.
