Hamsters will also eat chocolate of you give then the choice, doesn't mean it's safe for them.
You said in the other thread they used the carefresh cage but didn't spend much time in it but now you're saying they refused to enter the cage with it?? Also if you care so much about your hamsters opinion why didn't you give them the sand since they preferred it?
