I'm so sorry for your loss
Almond was beautiful and you were so lucky to have each other; it sounds like you had a furry little soulmate there. I'm sure she knew how much you loved her, even at the end. Animals always know.
Thank you for everything you did for her, what a brave and responsible pet owner you are. You did everything you could, but sometimes awful situations happen and we just have to do our best for them. I hope you can take some comfort in the wonderful memories you have of Almond x
