Versele-Laga ingredients tend to be very vague
I'd feel very uncomfortable with them.Burgess would be much better as long as you can find it and also has animal protein,but unlike the Versele-Laga it does not have any fruit or added sugar which is ideal for hybrids(daily added sugar in the diet isn't healthy).For example,Versele-Laga include unspecified preservatives(at least on their website)which should never be considered safe as this could be anything safe or unsafe.
You can always add animal protein such as dried freshwater shrimp,plain chicken(ideally freeze dried as that is the most natural form other than raw,and it would have the best nutrition),plain turkey(again freeze dried would be best other than raw),egg(as minimally processed as you can would be ideal,but as a fun fact egg has the highest bioavailability of any animal product!),etc.
