I love cooking and baking Mrs R also loves this fact especially when I am baking cakes for her, her favorite is Victoria Sponge or my Lemon Drizzle Cake, she likes the other ones I do but says they are too fancy with lots of flavours etc.
I have also finally perfected Ginger Shortbread which is gorgeous..
