Wow that looks amazing! Did you bake it in a bundt tin? Looks like a cross between cake and doughnut - and tasty too!
I'm just making a blackberry and apple pie at the moment. At one time pies were the only things I could make well - cakes took a bit of practice (and accurate measuring lol).
