You need to go into your user CP. A new page will open, on the left under "my profile" there is a link called "Edit profile pictures". Upload the photo you want to use - it might have to be resized before hand. This picture will show on your profile page. If you want the photo to show up when you post - this is your avatar photo - photo cane be added by clicking on "Edit avatar"
