You haven't had them long so take your time & they should begin to stay out when you're around, rustling the bedding & quietly calling them can work, if they don't come out at first leave a treat & walk away, keep doing that & they soon get the idea that the rustling & calling them means something nice.
Dominance squabbling can very quickly lead to fighting so I wouldn't wait too long, I know that's probably not what you want to hear so I'll say no more!
