I would worry about the design of the first one since it has small holes on the top which could be a potential toe trap for tiny hamster feet
The second could potentially work though!

Those two could work very well!Both are small enough,and shallow enough.Having had the first bowl in the past I can definitely say that it's an excellent size for a hamster,plus even the regular price is fairly cheap
