I would give her as much substrate as you can so she can have a good dig if she wants to & use things like cardboard tubes or the seagrass ones Drago mentioned are really good instead of plastic, small cardboard boxes, maybe a coconut hideout, more bendy bridges to climb on & explore under would be good.
You can buy or make free standing shelves to give a bit of extra space too.
Scatter feeding is the best way to prevent boredom, ditch the bowl & hide the food around the cage or just scatter on the substrate. Foraging can keep them really busy!
30-40 minutes is a long time to just be running in a ball, have you thought about a playpen for her, the ones sold for hams aren't much use for syrians but you can easily make one out of cardboard boxes or there's the stylish playpen here which is easy to do. Those storage boxes aren't available but you could use these. Then you could give her lots more toys & things to explore & have more time interacting with her.
