I get vegetarian dog food for my dog and my hamster loves her kibble, he has the odd bit as a treat.
If you go on the veggie pets website you can get 100g taster bags of their different foods for only 80p. I've found these make great treats and you can see the full ingredients lists on the website and they look fine to me. I also get the whimzees chews from there too.
