If you're going to fill the cage from empty then I would go for a 20kg bag & that will last you ages, a 10kg bag may do a couple of cage fills, not really sure now as it's been a while since I set up a new cage that size, I only do partial cage cleans & do use some hemp as well but even with 4 hams 10kgs lasts me ages just for top ups after cleaning.
