Yeah I'm not sure why he won't use his wheels either, they do work so it's not that. He just seems so fragile that I wonder if maybe he finds it too heavy or if he'd prefer one that was enclosed.
It's funny when you say that he's like a mini version of Blacky Hamsterita because when I see Blacky I think he's like Jaska's big brother :P
