Hams can disappear into walls & stay there for some time before eventually coming out, just that she's taking food from close to the hole is a good sign, try the chicken that Lizzy suggested & maybe nuts or any other favourite treats, move the food a little further away & close to the bucket & fingers crossed she'll get hungry & thirsty enough to come out soon.
