[Strawbebbie]

I don't know what else to do, and I'm so devastated.
I had my hamster Chihiro in a bin cage, and she chewed a hole into it and escaped. She's been missing for a day now, but I think I know where she is. I head scratching and squeaking in the walls and hope that it's her (and not some other animal because I live in an apartment). I've noticed some holes underneath the heater in my bedroom and think that's how she got into the wall. I've been trying to coax her out with apples and cheese that lead to a cage and a bin that she can't climb out of, but she's only taking the food close to the hole. I don't know what to do about calling maintenance because I don't know how much help they would be to get her out. I'm so distraught that I've had nightmares about it all night and I don't know what else to do. Feedback would be really appreciated.
