Thanks Lizzy, I've given him a couple of days to regain some confidence & he's back to happily & greedily taking treats through the mesh but still no real chance to get him used to my hand, I'll try him this evening in his current bin & set up but have just been putting a mesh panel in the play bin Zen doesn't really like using just in case I have to resort to a smaller bin for now.
