Resolutions can be a double edged sword,but as long as you don't let them take over your life and remember to love who you are no matter what they can be very good.
Personally I don't often make solid resolutions,but it is always good to try and see if there's anything you can improve on.Don't make it into a negative situation though,try and think of all the wonderful things about yourself at the same time!
