I find that the vet does the best job. It's expensive where I live because the policy of the vets is that you have to pay for an exam in order to get their nails trimmed, then you have to pay for the nail trim too.

I tried the sandy track wheel once every 2 weeks but I don't think it worked too good. I kind of got tired of keeping up with it as it is very inconvenient changing it out every 2 weeks for more than one hamster.
