Keeping the whole room warm enough is the best thing but other things you can do are make sure your ham has a nice big mountain of tissue for nesting & deep enough substrate to keep really warm.
If it gets very cold you can use heat pads, I never put these in contact with the cage though, I usually put mine on a shelf under the cage.
