Is she still doing it? Or is it just when she is in the tubes. Will she sit on you to be stroked do you think? She does seem to have something going on there and a vet visit in the morning might be a good idea. Meanwhile I don't know what else to suggest, but one of the experienced breeders might be able to suggest something.

I suppose it's possible she may just have hiccups. Does she look ok in herself or in some distress? Or it could be some kind of neurological problem. It might settle. Comforting her might help hence suggesting if you could have her on your lap and stroke her maybe. Also have you checked her water bottle? In case it's dehydration or something?
