My sister's hybrid changed white within her first few months (which happened to be during winter) and she never changed back to the lovely black, grey and white that she had when we first brought her home.
Because you don't really know what kind of mix you're going to get with a hybrid, it's difficult to say whether Zero will turn white and if he does, whether he'll turn back again.
