If the picture is on your computer, just click 'go advanced' at the bottom of the message box on here, then click on the paperclip. Click browse, find the photo on your laptop/tablet/phone and click "upload". Wait - until it says photo is uploaded. Then close that window, submit your post/message, and the photo will appear at the bottom of the message quite small, but it enlarges when someone moves their mouse over it.
