Just regular play sand is what you get!I've seen Home Depot sell natural variants,but as long as it is child-safe play sand it is okay to use once you bake it and all of that
You should be able to get it at hardware stores,possibly toy stores or something like that,and Walmart or other general stores.
Not sure on the safety of bottle art sand,and I'd rather go with play sand anyways since it would probably be under stricter regulations since it is meant for children.
