I don't think the moths are harmful but I would clean the cage as they can lay eggs and then there are more moths. Which should be easy as you've just put her in a bigger cage
Were the moths dead or alive! If they were dead - no worries - she probably killed them. As long as she seems ok I wouldn't worry about the flea thing either - all kinds of flies around at this time of year.
I would suggest freezing food and treats though (although not any treats made with egg). Just in case. Freezing for a week should kill anything.
