I was going to suggest cardboard boxes as well
My hams get the cardboard boxes our cats' wet cat food pouches come in
We have a constant supply of them so it doesn't matter if they get pee'd on or shredded. I'd prefer them if they were slightly larger, but the hams seem to like them well enough!
