That looks like the Savic 25cm Rat Ball. I have one. If you were going to get a rat ball, the Savic is the only one that doesn't have massively wide slits in (not good for hammy toes getting caught). It annoys me actually - it's a well made ball but has humps inside so not always smooth running. Plus it comes in two halves, that fasten together fairly securely but sometimes there's a small gap between the two halves. Mine also had a couple of pointy bits of plastic inside, near the entrance, which needed sanding so the were'nt going to hurt or stick - but other people didn't have those bits. I'd say it was the best rat ball but I don't think any of them are great.
