The costs can add up plus you can get the alaska from zooplus for 32.00 which seems like a real bargain. It is barred though so if you want a bin cage cos of not wanting bars it doesnt help much.
One of my roborovskis is in the alaska and seems fine.
There is currently a multidunamaxi cage on amazon for 52.00
