Welcome to the forum and sorry you are having difficulty with your asthma.

Have you been to your doctor about your asthma, a number of things could have triggered your symptoms.

I too have asthma but is managed. I do take antihistamines if I have a flare up, have you considered these.

I would seek medical advice if your symptoms are worse, maybe you need an inhaler review?

How long have you had asthma?
