Be really careful, I know it's hard with such small amounts but just try to make sure you get as close to the correct dose as possible.
You can't undo what's done but don't continue with a dose higher than prescribed.
Sometimes it's easier to mix the dose with some soft food like porridge or baby food (no salt, onion or garlic in that!) if they'll eat it, I always do it that way.
