I took a look around AquaBid and there are some beautiful fish! I just couldn't bring myself to pay $30 for a fish plus shipping. We only have a petco and a petsmart around here. It's sad - some of the betas were dead in their cups, mostly the babies. Petco is marketing "baby bettas" and some were so incredibly tiny. smaller than my pinky nail. We chose Marvin because he seemed healthy and was swimming pretty energetically. And of course his colors. I'm hoping his finnage (is that a word?!) fills out as he matures.
