Yh a live chat area sounds the best idea so far! I know the guinea pig forum i'm on 'rodentswithattitude' have one! Its great as you can ask a question briefly and get an answer more quickly if you don't want to start a whole thread about a lil question.
Also it gives all the members a chance to socialise, get to know each other and talk about the recent happenings in their lives.
I'd defo love it if HC got one
